A customer's breach of warranty case against Sadler Construction Company was successfully defended by John Norris in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court. Norris' motion to dismiss the claim under the statute of limitations and for failure to give the required statutory notice of the claim was granted by the trial court. The Virginia Supreme Court has denied the homeowner's appeal.
